What does makes us to be on the opposite sides? Do we really need borders and stereotypes of each other and does it help us to find a way for deeper understanding and compassion? Diptychs is an attempt to unite things that seems different but rooted at the same origin, the same basement – in culture, history, individual experience and beliefs. Light is different in each place on the planet, and what makes us human is understanding of difference that possibly is the other form of similarity.
